Randy HermanManaging
Director and CEO |
Randy Herman joined DestinationRx, Inc. as Managing Director and CEO in February of 2010, having served on the Board of Directors since 2005.
Randy has over thirty years of experience in the health insurance field. Prior to joining the Company, he founded and led four healthcare firms
(Patient Choice Healthcare, Certitude, Reden & Anders and EvergreenRe) all of which were successfully acquired. In addition, Randy was a Senior
Vice President with UnitedHealth Group (Ingenix division), Senior Vice President of Actuarial Services with Aveta, Inc., Senior Manager with Deloitte
and Touche and a staff actuary with IDS Life Insurance Company. He is a Fellow of the Society of Actuaries and a Member of the American Academy
of Actuaries. Mr. Herman holds a Bachelor of Science Degree from the University of Minnesota, Duluth. |

J. Tobias RogersFounder
and Chief Operating Officer |
Toby Rogers is a founder and the Chief Operating Officer at DestinationRx. Mr. Rogers leads the Executive team at DestinationRx
and is responsible for all aspects of sales, operations, and delivery of services to health Plans, PBM's, government entities, and other 3rd party
stakeholders. In 2006 DestinationRx acquired Rxaminer, the first organization to provide consumers with equivalent-dose drug comparison pricing.
Before starting Rxaminer, he was a Principal with PricewaterhouseCoopers Strategic Change Practice where he guided clients through the development
and implementation of various strategic initiatives. Mr. Rogers holds a B.A. in economics from Albion College and an MBA in general management from
Duke University. |

Michael Y. ChoFounder
and Chief Strategist |
As part of the founding management team, Michael has overseen all aspects of the Company's business from strategy and corporate development to
technical operations. Prior to DestinationRx, Michael focused on pharmaceutical sales and marketing as a member of the sales and organizational
strategy practice groups of Monitor Group, PriceWaterhouseCoopers, and Towers Perrin. In addition to pharmaceutical clients, his clientele included
media companies and financial institutions. In his early career, Michael was with the credit card division of Citibank. He received his BA from
Columbia University and his MBA from The Anderson School at UCLA. |

Jim L. YocumExecutive
Vice President |
Jim Yocum is an Executive Vice President of DestinationRx and manages its Government Markets Unit. In this role, Jim is responsible for all aspects
of delivering software, data, and services to Federal and state agencies. For the last 5 years, Jim has managed the systems and services implementation
of the Part D Plan-Comparison and Electronic Enrollment tools for Medicare.gov and 1-800-Medicare, the largest healthcare exchange in the US. Prior
to joining DRX, he co-founded Korn/Ferry's Futurestep at idealab! and was a consultant with McKinsey and Company where he served media firms, financial
institutions and healthcare payors. Jim earned a BS degree in Mechanical Engineering from North Carolina State University, where he was a Caldwell
Fellow, and his MBA in finance from UCLA's Anderson School. |

Todd PetersenExecutive
Vice President, Sales & Marketing |
Since joining DestinationRx over 3 years ago Todd has served in a number of leadership roles within the organization. In his current role as
the Executive Vice President of Sales and Marketing, Todd is responsible for all new revenue growth and oversees all aspects of contracting, compliance,
agency operations, and marketing for the company’s commercial business. Prior to joining DestinationRx in 2007, Todd held a number of leadership
positions in sales, account management, operations, and product development at Concentra Managed Care and United Healthcare with a primary focus
on the property casualty industry. Mr. Petersen holds a BA in Economics from the University of South Florida. |
